What happens next

A licensed LIV Sotheby’s International Realty agent will review recent sales near your home and compare them to the county’s value. You’ll get an email with what we find within a few business days.

If the county has you too high, we’ll put together everything you need to file your protest the day the window opens: the comparable sales, the value to ask for, and step by step instructions for your county. If your value looks fair, we’ll tell you that too.
